Google released Android 5.0.1 to AOSP yesterday and posted factory images for the Nexus 9, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10, and now folks have started to receive the actual OTA updates for the incremental bump. While you can always manually update your Nexus device using the full factory image and still retain your data, it's even easier to do if you have the actual OTA file itself.
